Sony Television already has its leading time filled with effectively running serials such as Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, Bade Acche Laggte Hain, Saas Bina Sasuraal, Kya Hua Tera Vaada, Parvarish, and Dekha Ek Khwab. Now they are all set to start on a new creative writing ‘Shubh Vivaha’. Shubh Vivaha is being fashioned by Multi Screen Media who also fabricate “Kya Hua Tera Vaada” Serial. Set in the vicinity of Uttar Pradesh, Shubh Vivaha is the story of a middle class Young girl who along with her four sisters lives with their single father. Rakesh Bedi who was once a sweetheart of prime time television and had woo audiences with his comedian characters marks a rejoinder with Shubh Vivaha as the father of the five daughters whose only nightmare in life is to get all the daughters married to suitable grooms. The lead pair of Shubh Vivaha would be played by Eijaz Khan and Neha Janpandit. The story is set away from the built-up life and would bring crossways the pastoral flavor on to prime time television soaps. The Sony Television and producers both upbeat about the forecast of the soap and with another woman centric scheme with a non municipal feel it is certainly something that would find the right character among the Hindi audience.
